Sergey Makarenko has trained in various martial arts for over thirty years.
He is a certified Russian Master of Sport in Sambo & Judo; 4th Degree Black belt Kodokan Judo. After meeting with Vladimir Vasiliev, in 2003, Sergey has became a Systema student and a certified Senior Systema Instructor. He is teaching regular Systema classes in Sacramento, California at Norcal Systema.

Summer. Canada. Forest lake. RMA Systema Camp. First night. Cabin plywood walls reverberate every breath of ten bodies. My alternative plan was Cancun, five star resort, warm waves and swim-up bar...
