HOLISTIC USE OF THE BLADE IN HEALTH & COMBAT

The workshop will be taught in English by Garreth Hodgins & Jamie Robson, both full Systema Instructors certified by Vladimir Vasiliev.

The 6 hours of tuition will include:

Part 1 :
The Control Of Body Work In Response To The Knife.
Jamie will teach us how to recognise the opportunities when blade and body connect, improving the ability to survive.

Part 2 :
The Impact Of Short Work In Response To The Knife.
Garry will show us the effectiveness of close and short work when defending dangerous knife attacks.

We will start and finish the day with some great systema exercises : warm-up, conditionning, relaxation and health practices...
